Mr. Sam Ciaramitaro, President & CEO, is a former Executive Producer and Vice President with well known advertising agencies over the past 15 years including Leo Burnett USA, DraftFCB and Ogilvy & Mather. Sam produced one of the largest productions in advertising history, the “Army of One” campaign – a multi-million dollar 88 – day production. Sam reduced the original estimates for the campaign by 73% before production began through seeking alternative approaches and negotiating. Sam’s experience is truly global having supervised productions as executive producer and or director in Africa, Australia, Europe and North America. Sam is extremely proficient at assembling teams and executing against objectives. Sam has a wide breadth of experience with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $5,000,000. Sam has won multiple Cannes Lion’s at the Cannes Festival and is a recipient of a Gold Effie.

Mr. Joshua Stein, Partner with Fuse, is a certified public accountant in State of Illinois. Mr. Stein formerly served as an accountant with Arthur Andersen, LLP. Joshua has extensive knowledge in auditing, cost accounting, budgeting in addition to strategic and financial advisory services provided during high-level audit and review engagements of Fortune 100 companies; these engagements traditionally concentrated on businesses in the consumer products and financial services industries. Joshua works closely with senior executives of clients and outside legal counsel in the development of all budgets, projected financial statements, term sheets, and private placement memorandums.
